Course Description:

This course will entail:

- Hierarchy of the courts and Type of lawyers

- Body of law

- Constitution

- History of Indian law

- Way of sorting out matters outside court (Arbitration and Settlement)

- International and the extent of its validity in India

Frequency of the course: 1 class per week

Duration of a class: 45 minutes
