About the Event
Course Desctiption:
- Basic-intermediate exercises (increasing intensity through the course)
- Targeting major muscle groups (starting with full body and moving to more specific groups as classes progress - difficulty and intensity would depend on the age group and existing ability of the students taking part)
- Cardio
- Stretches
- Basic biology behind various exercises
- General tips to maintain good health
Frequency of the course: 3-4 classes per week (depending on age group and intensity of sign ups)
Duration of a class: 1 hourĀ
